Nancy has been with us since 2001 and handles customer service, billing and dispatching. As a native Floridian that likes to golf, hike and canoe she is happy to work for a company that plays a major role in recycling and building a clean future.
Sharee has been with us since 2007 providing excellent customer service. She also handles dispatching and accounts receivable.
Jennette joined us in 2007 with a customer service background and genuinely loves interacting with people. She directs customers and shipments at our recycling facility as well as assisting with general customer service needs and dispatching.
Rachel joined our customer service team in 2007 as a customer service representative. She enjoys working with customers and is skilled in assisting customers in resolving outstanding balances.
Jerry (JP) began as a temp in 1994 performing data entry and quickly transitioned to full time. She now supports our sales staff, processes credit card payments and assists customers with container deliveries and repairs.
Barbara has been with us since 1993. She works with many waste consultants and major accounts, relying on her extensive sales and management background. She says “Helping the environment on a large scale in addition to saving customers money through commercial recycling is fulfilling.”
